通过多中心临床随机对照研究验证人体工效学干预方案在改善社区非特异性腰痛患者疼痛、功能障碍、生活质量、疼痛恐惧等方面的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial to Assess the Efficacy of Ergonomic Interventions in Improving Pain, Dysfunction, Quality of Life Outcomes, and Kinesiophobia Among Community-Dwelling Individuals with Non-Specific Low Back Pain​.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经临床神经系统检查发现的神经根受损的证据（运动、反射或感觉异常）；
2.严重的脊柱病变（如骨折、肿瘤、炎症和感染性疾病）；
3.严重的心血管和代谢疾病；
4.脊柱畸形（脊柱滑脱、峡部裂或脊柱侧弯）；
5.妊娠；
6.参与困难（如不能使用智能手机和拒绝填写知情同意书）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Evidence of nerve root impairment detected through clinical neurological examination (motor, reflex, or sensory abnormalities)​​; 2.Severe spinal disorders (such as fractures, tumors, inflammatory and infectious diseases)​; 3.Severe cardiometabolic diseases​; 4.Spinal deformities (spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, or scoliosis)​; 5.​​Pregnancy​; 6.Difficulties in participation (e.g., inability to use smartphones or refusal to sign informed consent forms)​.
