研究目的：

围术期焦虑和睡眠障碍是外科手术常见心理并发症，传统药物干预存在呼吸抑制、成瘾及认知功能下降等风险，非药物方法效果有限。本研究旨在探索重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）作为新型非药物干预手段，对围术期焦虑、睡眠障碍及术后恢复的影响，并探索可能的潜在机制，为临床提供安全有效的替代方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Perioperative anxiety and sleep disorders are common psychological complications in surgical procedures. Traditional pharmacological interventions carry risks such as respiratory depression, addiction, and cognitive decline, while non-pharmacological approaches have limited efficacy. This study aims to explore repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) as a novel non-pharmacological intervention, investigating its effects on perioperative anxiety, sleep disorders, and postoperative recovery, as well as exploring potential underlying mechanisms, so as to provide a safe and effective alternative for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.神经系统疾病（脑卒中、创伤性脑损伤、脑肿瘤、脑炎、脑血管病、脑代谢性疾病、神经退行性疾病等严重精神疾病）； 2.癫痫史； 3.颅内金属植入物或其他植入物； 4.妊娠期； 5.长期使用苯二氮卓类或阿片类药物； 6.无法沟通或合作（如语言障碍、严重听力受损等）； 7.拒绝签署同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neurological diseases (severe mental illnesses such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, encephalitis, cerebrovascular disease, cerebral metabolic disease, and neurodegenerative disease); 2. History of epilepsy; 3. Intracranial metal implants or other implants; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Long-term use of benzodiazepines or opioids; 6. Unable to communicate or cooperate (e.g., language barriers, severe hearing impairment, etc.); 7. Refuse to sign the consent form.
