研究目的：

1.通过微生物组学以及代谢组学的方式分析牙周健康人群（或仅有牙龈炎）与牙周炎人群的口腔龈下菌斑、龈沟液、唾液等生物样本细菌种类及代谢产物，分析可能影响牙周微环境的细菌及代谢因素； 2.利用牙周炎/牙周健康人群的口腔样本进行牙周炎-帕金森小鼠模型建立，探究帕金森疾病的细菌及代谢因素，并寻求口腔菌群治疗影响帕金森的可能功能途径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the bacterial species and metabolites in subgingival plaque, gingival crevicular fluid, saliva and other biological samples of periodontal healthy individuals (or patients with gingivitis only) and periodontitis individuals by using microbiome and metabolomics methods, and to analyze the bacterial and metabolic factors that may affect the periodontal microenvironment; To explore the bacterial and metabolic factors of PD, and to explore the possible functional pathways of oral microbiota therapy on PD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重全身系统性疾病(心血管、肾脏、糖尿病、自身免疫缺陷综合征、 肝炎等)； 2. 近三月内服用过抗生素药物、类固醇、非甾体抗炎药的患者； 3. 具有神经性疾病诸如帕金森、阿兹海默症、中风、脑卒中等的家族史或发 作史； 4. 患精神性疾病不能配合治疗的患者； 5. 吸烟史、孕期及哺乳期妇女，以及正畸等可能影响口腔菌群组成的人群； 6. 近6 个月内有口腔药物及手术治疗史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe systemic diseases (cardiovascular, renal, diabetes, autoimmune deficiency syndrome, hepatitis, etc.); 2. Patients who had taken antibiotics, steroids, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within the past 3 months; 3. A family history or history of a neurological disease such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, stroke, etc. 4. The patient had a history of oral medication and surgery within the past 6 months; 5. Patients with mental illness who are unable to cooperate with treatment; 6. Smoking history, pregnant and lactating women, and orthodontic treatment may affect the composition of oral microbiota;
