研究目的：

通过青少年抑郁症疲劳的外周血炎症指标及脑影像的变化来探讨疲劳可能的生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

explore possible biological mechanisms of fatigue through changes in peripheral blood inflammatory markers and brain imaging of fatigue in adolescent depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对照组排除标准： 1.由两位精神科执业医师进行临床诊断，排除符合DSM-5诊断标准的双相情感障碍，目前为抑郁发作的患者； 2.目前或既往引发意识丧失的严重颅脑外伤史的患者，存在认知障碍、智力障碍的患者。 3.目前患有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病，如糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、高血压病、心脏病、窄角型青光眼等。 4.存在磁共振检查禁忌症。 病例组排除标准： 1.符合DSM-5诊断标准的其他精神障碍，包括器质性精神障碍、精神活性物质所致精神障碍、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、孤独症谱系障碍等； 2.目前或既往合并有神经系统疾病或其他严重躯体疾病、严重心脑血管疾病、严重呼吸系统疾病，不能接受运动者； 3.目前或既往存在物质滥用或依赖史、存在精神疾病家族史； 4.目前或既往引发意识丧失的严重颅脑外伤史的患者，存在认知障碍、智力障碍的患者； 5.存在磁共振检查禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

The control group exclusion criteria: 1. any mental disorder that meets the DSM-5 diagnosis or a first-degree relative with a previous mental disorder or inherited neurological disease; 2. patients with a history of severe cranio-cerebral trauma that triggered a loss of consciousness either currently or in the past, and the presence of cognitive impairment and mental retardation. 3. At present, he suffers from serious unstable somatic diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, narrow angle glaucoma, etc. 4. There are contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging examination. The case group exclusion criteria: 1. other mental disorders that met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, including organic mental disorders, psychoactive substance-induced psychiatric disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum disorders; 2. current or previous comorbid neurological disorders or other serious somatic disorders, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, and serious respiratory disorders that preclude the acceptance of exercise; 3. Current or previous history of substance abuse or dependence, family history of mental illness; 4. Current or previous history of severe craniocerebral trauma that triggered loss of consciousness, patients with cognitive impairment, intellectual disability; 5. Contraindications to magnetic resonance examination.
