研究目的：

本研究目的在于应用MRI检测糖尿病所致认知功能障碍患者脑结构影像学改变，探讨糖尿病所致认知功能障碍患者的最佳早期检测的影像学改变。  

Objectives of Study：

The deep study on the substructure of brain parenchyma, to expound the neural network-specific changes in the occurrence of cognitive impairment or depression in patients with diabetes mellitus to achieve predictive effects. It could provide an evidence for the early recognition and intervention of diabetic complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

伴脑器质性及严重躯体疾病者；颅脑损伤及有昏迷史者；妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 既往有癫痫发作或有癫痫家族史者； 影像学检查前6小时内用过药物； 排除其他疾病患者；存在磁共振检查的禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

With the organic disease of the brain and severe somatic disease; With the history of coma after brain trauma; Woman with pregnancy or lactation period; With a history of seizures or with a family history of epilepsy; Received drugs in 6 hours before MRI scan; Exclusion of other diseases; With contraindications of MRI scan.
