本研究旨在构建基于跨理论模型（TTM）的早孕关爱数字助推干预模式，并采用随机对照试验研究设计验证该模式在改善早孕人群决策行为及生殖健康结局方面的有效性，以期形成可推广的育龄女性生殖健康分层管理标准，为生育友好型社会政策制定和完善提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a Transtheoretical Model (TTM)–based digital nudge intervention for early-pregnancy care and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving decision-making behaviours and reproductive health outcomes among individuals in early pregnancy through a randomised controlled trial. The ultimate objective is to establish a scalable, stratified reproductive health management framework for women of reproductive age, thereby providing robust evidence to inform the development and refinement of fertility-friendly social policies.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

使用计算机生成的随机数字序列来实现分组分配，采用密封信封法进行分配隐藏。由不参与招募的第三方人员提前准备按顺序编号的不透明信封，内装随机分配的组别（干预组/对照组）。受试者在研究人员引导下抽取一个信封，当场开封并登记分组结果。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random group assignment will be achieved using a computer-generated random number sequence. Randomization will be performed using the sealed envelope method. To ensure allocation concealment, group assignments will be placed in sequentially numbered, sealed, opaque envelopes, which are prepared and opened by a third-party research coordinator who is not involved in the intervention delivery or outcome evaluation. Participants will select one envelope under the guidance of researchers, which is opened on the spot and the group assignment is recorded.
