研究目的：

评估饮食/运动/药物（如替尔泊肽、益生菌等）/中医埋线/针灸/减肥茶/胃转流支架/减重手术对BMI与体脂率的改善效果；比较不同减重方式（饮食/运动/药物/中医埋线/针灸/减肥茶/胃转流支架/减重手术）对BMI与体脂率的改善效果。评估各种减重干预后静息代谢率、血脂、血糖等代谢指标变化；通过多组学探索不同减重方式的代谢调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the effects of diet/exercise/medications (such as tirzepatide, probiotics, etc.)/acupoint catgut embedding/acupuncture/weight-loss tea/gastrointestinal bypass stents/bariatric surgery on improving BMI and body fat percentage; compare the effects of different weight loss methods (diet/exercise/medications/acupoint catgut embedding/acupuncture/weight-loss tea/gastrointestinal bypass stents/bariatric surgery) on improving BMI and body fat percentage. Evaluate changes in metabolic indicators such as resting metabolic rate, blood lipids, and blood glucose after various weight loss interventions; explore the metabolic regulatory mechanisms of different weight loss methods through multi-omics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 继发性肥胖（库欣综合征、下丘脑性肥胖等）； 2. 严重心血管疾病（NYHA III-IV级、近6个月心梗/卒中）； 3. 未控制的高血压（SBP≥180 mmHg或DBP≥110 mmHg）； 4. 肝肾功能不全； 5. 减重手术禁忌证（ASA IV级、凝血功能障碍）； 6. 妊娠或计划妊娠； 7. 研究者认为其具有需要排除的情况； 8. 不适宜饮食、运动干预的疾病，如心脏病、骨关节病等； 9. 患有不适宜进行该项研究的疾病； 10. 患有影响认知评估的视听障碍； 11. 有使用替尔泊肽等减重药物的禁忌症； 12. 有使用中医埋线、针灸等治疗方式的禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary obesity (e.g., Cushing's syndrome, hypothalamic obesity, etc.); 2. Severe cardiovascular diseases (NYHA Class III–IV, myocardial infarction/stroke within the past 6 months); 3. Uncontrolled hypertension (SBP >= 180 mmHg or DBP >= 110 mmHg); 4. Hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5. Contraindications to bariatric surgery (ASA Class IV, coagulation disorders); 6. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy; 7. Conditions deemed by the investigator as requiring exclusion; 8. Diseases unsuitable for dietary or exercise interventions, such as cardiac diseases or bone/joint disorders; 9. Diseases unsuitable for participation in this study; 10. Visual or auditory impairments affecting cognitive assessments; 11. Contraindications to the use of weight-loss medications such as tirzepatide; 12. Contraindications to traditional Chinese medicine treatments such as catgut embedding or acupuncture.
