研究目的：

观察术前自体血小板分离技术对改善主动脉夹层开放手术围术期血液保护效果及术后并发症的有效性、安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of preoperative autologous platelet separation technology in improving the perioperative blood protection effect and postoperative complications of open surgery for aortic dissection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 术前需要机械辅助通气。 2: 年龄超过75岁或未满18岁。 3: 术前心源性休克、心脏骤停、严重低血压(使用两种及以上血管活性药物维持)、混合静脉血氧饱和度 <75%，机械循环支持。 4: 合并肾功能衰竭，需要血液净化治疗。 5: 合并严重凝血功能障碍或明显出血倾向。 6: 已知的肝素诱导血小板减少症疾病史。 7: 处于妊娠或哺乳状态。 8: 已诊断患有重度精神疾病的患者，可能影响研究结果的患者。 9: 具有其他可能影响研究结果或安全性的情况，由研究者判断排除。 10: 研究者认为不适合参加本次试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Mechanical ventilation assistance is required before the operation. 2.Over 75 years old or under 18 years old. 3.Preoperative cardiogenic shock, cardiac arrest, severe hypotension (maintained with two or more vasoactive drugs), mixed venous oxygen saturation <75%, and mechanical circulatory support. 4.Combined with renal failure, blood purification treatment is required. 5.Combined with severe coagulation dysfunction or obvious bleeding tendency. 6.The known disease history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. 7.In a state of pregnancy or lactation. 8.Patients who have been diagnosed with severe mental illness and those who may affect the research results. 9.There are other circumstances that may affect the research results or safety, which shall be excluded by the researcher's judgment. 10.The researchers consider it unsuitable to participate in this experiment.
