研究目的：

本研究为一项单中心回顾性队列研究，主要有以下研究目的：1.探讨血液衍生指标与老年骨科大手术患者术后并发症之间的关系；2.评估和比较相关衍生指标的预测性能，准确性和可靠性，从而寻找一种针对骨科大手术术后并发症的普适性预警标志物；3.通过相关衍生指标早期识别高危患者，为临床医生提供预警信息，从而优化围手术期管理，降低老年骨科大手术后并发症的发生率，改善患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a single-center retrospective cohort study with the following main objectives: 1.To investigate the relationship between blood-derived indicators and postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery. 2.To evaluate and compare the predictive performance, accuracy, and reliability of relevant derived indicators, aiming to identify a universal early-warning biomarker for postoperative complications following major orthopedic surgery. 3.To facilitate early identification of high-risk patients using relevant derived indicators, providing clinicians with early warning information to optimize perioperative management, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients after major orthopedic surgery, and improve patient outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、术前合并血液、自身免疫系统疾病、活动性感染或恶性肿瘤晚期患者 2、术前合并严重心、肺、肾、脑等器官功能障碍者； 3、术前已存在结局指标相关并发症； 4、高能量暴力损伤如车祸伤，高处跌落伤、重物砸伤等； 5、术前行放、化疗及使用免疫抑制剂； 6、与术后并发症无关的其他手术； 7、病历资料缺失值>20%.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pre-existing hematologic, autoimmune diseases, active infections, or advanced malignancy; 2.Severe preoperative dysfunction of the heart, lungs, kidneys, brain, or other major organs; 3.Pre-existing complications related to the outcome measures; 4.High-energy traumatic injuries (e.g., car accidents, falls from height, or crush injuries); 5.Previous radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunosuppressive therapy before surgery; 6.Other surgeries unrelated to postoperative complications; 7.Medical records with >20% missing data.
