研究目的：

评价EB病毒核酸测定试剂盒（荧光PCR法）的临床性能，验证其与对比方法检测的一致性，并评价其临床检测的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

The "EBV Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescent Probe Method)" (NMPA Medical Device Registration Certificate No. 20173403080) manufactured by Guangdong Huayin Medicine Science Co., Ltd. was selected as the comparator reagent. Since the evaluational kit demonstrates lower limit of detection (LoD) and limit of quantitation (LoQ), the "EBV Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Digital PCR Method)" from Guangdong Yongnuo Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was additionally adopted as a supplementary comparator. The comparative method in this clinical trial consisted of both the comparator reagent and supplementary comparators. Under blinding protocol, the test results of the evaluational kit were analyzed against those of the comparative method. For samples with discordant results, re-verification was performed using Yongnuo's digital PCR kit (Note: As the re-verification reagent is identical to the supplementary comparator, samples already tested by the supplementary comparator were exempted from re-verification). The causes of discordance were investigated, and the clinical performance of the evaluational kit was comprehensively assessed.
