研究目的：

1、探讨并验证慢阻肺主要表型的安全、简捷、有效的个体化治疗方案； 2、探讨并验证慢阻肺患者体液分子生物标志物对慢阻肺急性加重的预测价值；

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore and verify a safe, simple and effective individualized treatment program of the main phenotype of COPD. 2. To explore and verify the predictive value of humoral molecular biomarkers for acute exacerbation of COPD in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for stable COPD patients
1. Aged over 18 years male and female;
2. FEV1/FVC<70% after inhaling bronchodilator;
3. The patient was at a stable stage, and had no respiratory infection and acute exacerbation of COPD within 4 weeks;
4. No antibiotics were used within 30 days prior to screening.
Inclusion criteria for people at high risk of COPD:
1. Aged over 18 years male and female;
2. Smoking history: over 20 pack-years;
3. Pulmonary function: no obstructive pulmonary dysfunction was observed at the beginning of the study according to the pulmonary function guidelines of the Respiratory Society, Chinese Medical Association;
4. No history of chronic disease or respiratory diseases such as lung cancer, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, asthma, etc;
5. No other serious system diseases,and life expectancy is more than one year;
6. No antibiotics were used within 30 days prior to screening;
Inclusion criteria for healthy non-smoker:
1. Aged over 18 years male and female;
2. Healthy, no history of hypertension, diabetes and other diseases;
3. No history of chronic cough and expectoration , and normal lung function;
4. The patient had no respiratory infection within 4 weeks;
5. No antibiotics were used within 30 days prior to screening.

排除标准：

1）不能配合本项目的相关检查或其他原因不能合作者；
2）患者合并有除慢阻肺以外的其他呼吸系统疾病，如哮喘，间质性肺炎、活动性肺结核、社区获得性肺炎、肺癌、支气管扩张、肺心病、肺栓塞等；
3）筛选前30天内，患者使用过抗生素；
4）可能影响参与此研究的知情有效性的情况:酗酒或麻醉药物滥用、吸毒史，或具有精神病史、不良动机、多疑或其他情感或智力问题等；
5）正在参加其他药物临床试验项目，或停止时间小于3个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to complete the relevant inspection of this project,or unable to cooperate for other reasons;
2. The patient was associated with other respiratory diseases except for COPD, such as asthma, interstitial pneumonia, active tuberculosis, community-acquired pneumonia, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, pulmonary heart disease, pulmonary embolism, etc.;
3. Antibiotics were used within 30 days prior to screening;
4. The following situation may affect the informed effectiveness of participation in this study:alcoholism, narcotic drug abuse, history of drug abuse, history of mental illness, unfavored motive, paranoia, or other emotional or intellectual problems;
5. Participating in other drug clinical trials or stopping for less than 3 months.
