研究目的:

(1)研究拟围绕额顶网络注意调控路径,采用EEG及fMRI融合分析技术,分析正常儿童中视觉注意搜索过程在额顶网络中的信号传递过程: (2)对比ADHD和正常儿童的EEG及MRI脑功能活动差异,构建ADHD儿童特异性视觉激活的注意调控路径。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) The research aims to focus on the attentional regulation pathway of the frontoparietal network and use EEG and fMRI fusion analysis techniques to analyze the signal transmission process of visual attention search in the frontoparietal network in normal children (2) Compare the differences in EEG and MRI brain functional activities between ADHD and normal children, and construct an attention regulation pathway specific to visual activation in ADHD children.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

ADHD儿童: 1.明显躯体及神经系统异常、听力或视力明显受损无法完成训练者: 2.共患儿童精神分裂症、心境及情感障碍、精神发育迟滞、孤独症等精神障碍疾病; 3.难以配合或不适宜完成脑电及磁共振检查的情况。 正常对照: 1.筛查量表中发现符合ADHD诊断标准或存在明显社会功能受损; 2.难以配合或不适宜完成脑电及磁共振检查的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

ADHD children: 1. those with obvious physical and neurological abnormalities, significant hearing or visual impairment, and inability to complete training; 2. children with comorbidities such as schizophrenia, mood and emotional disorders, mental retardation, autism, etc. 3. those who have difficulty cooperating or are not suitable for completing EEG and MRI examinations. Normal controls: 1. Screening scale found to meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHD or have significant social dysfunction; 2. Difficulty or unsuitability in completing EEG and MRI examinations.

PSQ is used to assess the severity of symptoms in children with ADHD. There are a total of 48 items, and a four level scoring method is used. Finally, six factors including conduct problems, learning problems, psychosomatic disorders, impulsivity hyperactivity, anxiety, and hyperactivity index are calculated. The higher the factor score, the more severe the behavioral problem.
