Objectives of Study：

To explore the affection of the change of MircoRNA-155 in the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.处于活动期的感染。2.肠道清洁度评判结果为不合格者。3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；4.严重的器官功能障碍（严重的肝肾功能障碍，严重的心肺功能障碍）

Exclusion criteria：

1. active infections;
2. the cleaning degree of intestinal tract is III degree or IV degree;
3. pregnancy and lactating women;
4. Severe organ dysfunction (patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, sever Cardiopulmonary dysfunction).
