研究目的:

1.探索反映预后的电生理标志物:评估脑磁图的PAC、dPTE和CFD这些功能性指标,在预测颞叶癫痫患者长期癫痫控制效果方面的潜力,旨在发现或验证与预后相关的生物标志物。 2.揭示癫痫脑网络动态发展机制:通过研究这些脑磁图功能指标与不同病程长短的相关性,从网络功能的角度进一步理解颞叶癫痫的不同区域之间的网络动态重塑机制。 3.揭示癫痫共患病的脑网络机制: 探究颞叶癫痫患者中这些网络连接指标的变化与癫痫共患病之间的关系,为理解癫痫共患疾病的神经生物学基础提供新视角。  

Objectives of Study:

1.Explore prognostic electrophysiological biomarkers by evaluating PAC, dPTE, and CFD as functional indices from magnetoencephalography (MEG), assess their potential for predicting long-term seizure control outcomes in temporal lobe epilepsy patients. We aim to discover or validate biomarkers associated with patient prognosis. 2.Reveal the mechanisms of dynamic network development in the epileptic brain network by investigating the correlation between these functional indices from magnetoencephalography and the duration of disease course. Further understand the network dynamic remodeling mechanisms among different brain regions in temporal lobe epilepsy from a network function perspective. 3.Reveal brain network mechanisms related to epilepsy comorbidities by exploring the relationship between changes in network connectivity indices from magnetoencephalography and comorbid conditions in temporal lobe epilepsy patients, providing a new perspective for understanding the neurobiological basis of epilepsy comorbidities.

排除标准:

回顾性和前瞻性混合队列研究排除条件:1.存在心脏起搏器、金属植入物等; 2.存在显著颅骨异常;3.严重伪迹干扰;4.数据采集不完整;5.存在其他严重神经系统疾病;6.研究者认为存在不合适参加本研究的情况 前瞻性队列研究排除条件:1.存在心脏起搏器、金属植入物等;2.幽闭恐惧症;3.不能配合MRI检查者;4.存在脑肿瘤、占位症或其他严重神经系统疾病;5.研究者认为存在不合适参加本研究的情况

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion Criteria for the Retrospective and Prospective Hybrid Cohort Study: 1.Presence of cardiac pacemakers, metallic implants, or other similar devices; 2.Significant skull abnormalities; 3. Substantial artifacts interference in data acquisition; 4. Incomplete data acquisition; 5. Presence of other severe neurological disorders; 6. According to the judgment of the investigator, any other condition deeming the participant unsuitable for inclusion in this study. Exclusion Criteria for the Prospective Cohort Study: 1. Presence of cardiac pacemakers, metallic implants, or other similar devices; 2. Claustrophobia; 3. Inability to cooperate with MRI examinations; 4.Presence of brain tumors, space-occupying lesions, or other severe neurological disorders; 5. According to the judgment of the investigator, any other condition deeming the participant unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
