研究目的：

预调研： 1. 评估AD简化量表的初步可行性； 2. 识别可能需要调整的条目并进行调整（包括删除或增加条目）； 3. 初步确定量表条目的权重和赋分方式； 4. 识别异常数据并进行回访分析，再次进行培训，提高数据质量； 5. 调整各中心样本量分布，优化调研流程。 正式调研： 1. 完善AD简化量表结构和描述，确保量表条目涵盖AD的核心临床特征； 2. 验证AD简化量表的信度（内部一致性信度、重测信度），以评估量表的稳定性和一致性； 3. 验证AD简化量表的效度（内容效度、效标效度），以确保量表的测量有效性； 4。 使用AD简化量表设计达标治疗框架，优化临床管理流程。  

Objectives of Study：

Preliminary survey: 1. Evaluate the preliminary feasibility of the simplified AD scale; 2. Identify items that may need to be adjusted and make adjustments (including deleting or adding items); 3. Preliminarily determine the weights and scoring methods of the scale items; 4. Identify abnormal data and conduct follow-up analysis, conduct training again, and improve data quality; 5. Adjust the sample size distribution of each center and optimize the survey process. Formal survey: 1. Improve the structure and description of the simplified AD scale to ensure that the scale items cover the core clinical characteristics of AD; 2. Verify the reliability of the simplified AD scale (internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability) to evaluate the stability and consistency of the scale; 3. Verify the validity of the simplified AD scale (content validity, criterion validity) to ensure the measurement validity of the scale; 4. Use the simplified AD scale to design a target treatment framework and optimize the clinical management process.
