研究目的：

评估大语言模型在提高肠息肉切除术后患者对正确随访间隔的知晓率、就医行为、心理状态和疾病认知度的作用，验证其临床应用价值。为大语言模型在改善患者术后随访管理方面的应用提供有力的循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the role of large language models in improving patients' awareness of the correct follow-up interval, medical behavior, psychological state, and disease awareness after polypectomy, and verify its clinical application value. Provide strong evidence-based medical evidence for the application of large language models in improving postoperative follow-up management of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）结肠镜检查不完整者； 2）未完成息肉切除或只有部分息肉被切除； 3）不具有完整的结肠镜检查报告和最终的病理组织学报告； 4）结直肠癌病史或可疑结直肠恶性肿瘤； 5）结直肠外科手术史或ESD手术史； 6）正在接受其他癌症治疗； 7）患有炎症性肠病； 8）患有家族性腺瘤性息肉病等遗传性息肉病综合征； 9）参与了其他可能影响本研究结果的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Incomplete colonoscopy; 2) Polypectomy not completed or only partial polypectomy performed; 3) Incomplete colonoscopy report and final histopathology report; 4) History of colorectal cancer or suspected colorectal malignancy; 5) History of colorectal surgery or ESD surgery; 6) Currently undergoing treatment for other cancers; 7) Inflammatory bowel disease; 8) Hereditary polyposis syndrome, such as familial adenomatous polyposis; 9) Participation in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study.

由四川大学华西医院不参与患者诊治及该项研究后续患者招募、随访、数据记录及分析等过程的研究助理利用计算机生成204个随机数，并根据随机数的大小进行分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Research assistants from West China Hospital of Sichuan University who were not involved in patient diagnosis and treatment or in the subsequent patient recruitment, follow-up, data recording, and analysis processes for this study used a computer to generate 204 random numbers and divided the patients into groups based on the size of the random numbers.

盲法：	在患者随访阶段，将对问卷发放者隐藏患者分组信息，实现对随访数据收集者设盲。在数据分析阶段，将对分组信息进行编码（如A组/B组），直到主要分析完成，实现对数据分析者设盲。
Blinding：	During the patient follow-up phase, patient grouping information will be concealed from questionnaire distributors to ensure blinding of follow-up data collectors. During the data analysis phase, grouping information will be coded (e.g., Group A/Group B) until the primary analysis is completed to ensure blinding of data analysts.
