胎盘植入（placenta accreta spectrum，PAS）指的是中间蜕膜层形成不足导致胎盘滋养层细胞异常附着或侵入子宫肌层，依据侵犯的深度不同分为粘连性、植入性和穿透性胎盘植入，后两者称为侵袭性胎盘植入。 近年来，随着高龄产妇的增加、剖宫产率的增高、宫内手术增多及辅助生殖技术应用等因素，导致胎盘植入的发病率在全球范围不断上升，过去四十年间，PAS的发生率从1/30000上升到1/30

placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) refers to the abnormal attachment or invasion of placental trophoblast cells into the myometrium due to the insufficient formation of the intermediate decidual layer. 研究目的：

胎盘植入性疾病（PAS）已成为广西常见病。针对现有胎盘植入性疾病的产前诊断技术存在操作者依赖性及主观性强、准确率不高等问题。本项目拟应用MRI技术通过双向性队列研究，分析临床危险因素及胎盘MRI征像与不同类型胎盘植入及不良临床结局的相关性,构建一个基于临床联合MRI征象的胎盘植入及不良临床结局风险预测模型，并评估模型的准确性及临床应用价值，在全区进行推广应用，为临床选择个性化诊疗方案、改善母婴结局提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) has become a common disease in Guangxi. The existing prenatal diagnosis techniques for placenta accreta spectrum disorders have some problems, such as operator dependence, strong subjectivity and low accuracy. This project plans to apply MRI technology to analyze the correlation between clinical risk factors and placental MRI signs with different types of placenta accreta and adverse clinical outcomes through a bidirectional cohort study, and to construct a risk prediction model of placenta accreta and adverse clinical outcomes based on clinical and MRI signs, and evaluate the accuracy and clinical application value of the model, so as to promote the application in the whole region. To provide an objective basis for clinical selection of personalized diagnosis and treatment plans and improvement of maternal and infant outcomes.
