研究目的：

围绕糖尿病人群饮食需求开展攻关，创制糖尿病人稳糖高抗性淀粉专用小麦新型种质资源，建立小麦抗性淀粉营养功能评价技术体系和抗性淀粉专用小麦面条、馒头等食品加工体系，提升我省功能型专用小麦生产效益，引领我省新型专用小麦产业高质量发展

Objectives of Study：

Focusing on the dietary needs of diabetic populations, we are conducting research and development to create new wheat germplasm resources specifically designed for diabetic patients to stabilize blood sugar levels and enhance resistance to starch. We are establishing a technical evaluation system for the nutritional functions of resistant starch in wheat and a food processing system for wheat-based products such as noodles and steamed buns made from resistant starch-specific wheat. These efforts aim to enhance the production efficiency of functional specialty wheat in our province and lead the high-quality development of our province's new specialty wheat industry.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除1型糖尿病及特殊类型糖尿病； 2.入组前2周内接受噻唑烷二酮类、GIP/GLP-1RA、糖苷酶抑制剂或DPP-IV酶抑制剂、GKA等降糖药物治疗的患者； 3.入组前3个月内或研究中使用抗生素或益生菌补充剂者； 4.急、慢性消化系统疾病或应用相关药物(包括腹泻、胃肠道感染、胆囊炎、消化道梗阻等)；胃切除术、胃底折叠术、结肠造瘘等消化系统外科手术； 5.近3月体重波动＞5%；患有可能影响吸收、代谢以及体重的疾病（如库欣、甲亢、甲减等）； 6.中、重度肾功能损伤（血肌酐＞2mg/dL或177mmol/L），或肝功能异常（ALT>2倍正常值上限）的患者；中、重度慢性阻塞性肺部疾病；重度高血压、脑血管意外及肿瘤患者； 7.严重药物过敏史、哮喘、荨麻疹或其他过敏体质者； 8.妊娠期以及哺乳期妇女； 9.患有肺结核、肝炎和艾滋病等活动性传染病者； 10.发生糖尿病严重及急性并发症的患者，如：糖尿病酮症酸中毒、乳酸性酸中毒、糖尿病高渗状态、糖尿病足、严重慢性并发症等； 11.接受受控药物治疗的受试者，包括抗抑郁药、抗血清素、巴比妥类药物、抗精神病药、中枢神经系统兴奋剂； 12.依从性差或难以配合完成治疗者； 13.不能保证充足的时间参与本项目的； 14.其他研究者评估后不适合参与本项目的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude type 1 diabetes mellitus and special types of diabetes; 2. Patients who have received hypoglycemic drugs such as thiazolidinediones, GIP/GLP-1RA, glycosidase inhibitors or DPP-IV enzyme inhibitors, GKA and other hypoglycemic drugs within 2 weeks before enrollment; 3. Those who use antibiotics or probiotic supplements within 3 months before enrollment or in the study; 4. Acute and chronic digestive system diseases or related drugs (including diarrhea, gastrointestinal infection, cholecystitis, digestive tract obstruction, etc.); gastrectomy, fundoplication, colostomy and other digestive system surgery; 5. Weight fluctuations in the past 3 months>5%; Suffering from diseases that may affect absorption, metabolism and body weight (such as Cushing, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.); 6. Patients with moderate or severe renal impairment (serum creatinine >2mg/dL or 177mmol/L), or abnormal liver function (ALT>2 times the upper limit of normal); moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; patients with severe hypertension, cerebrovascular accidents and tumors; 7. Those with a history of severe drug allergy, asthma, urticaria or other allergies; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Those who suffer from active infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, hepatitis and AIDS; 10. Patients with severe and acute complications of diabetes, such as: diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar state, diabetic foot, severe chronic complications, etc.; 11. Subjects receiving controlled medications, including antidepressants, antiserotonin, barbiturates, antipsychotics, central nervous system stimulants; 12. Those who have poor compliance or difficulty in completing treatment; 13. Unable to guarantee sufficient time to participate in this project; 14. Other researchers are not suitable to participate in this project after evaluation.
