研究目的：

本研究目的是调查犬尿氨酸通路在MDD（重度抑郁症）自杀意念的发展和进展中所起作用的机制，并开发预测模型以早期识别自杀意念，并为针对自杀意念的针对性干预提供新的见解。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the mechanisms underlying the role of KP in the development and progression of suicidal ideation in MDD and develop predictive models for the early identification of suicidal ideation, and provide new insights for targeted interventions targeting suicidal ideation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

抑郁组：（1）当前或既往患有符合DSM-5除抑郁障碍之外的其他重要诊断；（2）有重要系统或脏器的严重器质性疾病或病史，包括未控制的高血压、严重的心脑血管疾病、甲状腺疾病、糖尿病、癫痫、代谢综合症等；（3）妊娠期或哺乳期女性患者；（4）3个月内接收过MECT、TMS、DBS、VNS等治疗；（5）3个月内参与过干预性临床试验者；（6）体内存在电子或金属植入物；（7）随访过程中转为躁狂相；（8）研究者判断依从性差或不适合参加者。 健康对照组：（1）有重大躯体疾病和脑器质性疾病；（2）有DSM-5中任一精神障碍；（3）父母两系三代有精神疾病家族史或自杀家族史；（4）既往存在自杀行为或目前存在自杀意念；（5）拒绝参与本研究。本研究中的健康受试者将在社会进行招募。

Exclusion criteria：

MDD: (1) Currently or previously diagnosed with a mental disorder other than depressive disorder according to DSM-5 criteria; (2) History of severe organic diseases or conditions affecting major systems or organs; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (4) Received physical therapy within the past 3 months; (5) Participated in an interventional clinical trial within the past 3 months; (6) Presence of electronic or metallic implants in the body; (7) Transitioned to a manic phase during follow-up; (8) Participants deemed by the investigator to have poor compliance or unsuitability for the study. Healthy control: (1) having serious physical diseases and brain organic diseases; (2) having any mental disorder in DSM-5; (3) have a family history of mental illness or suicide; (4) Suicidal behavior in the past or suicidal thoughts at present; (5) Refusing to participate in this study.
