研究目的：

本研究以椎管内麻醉下行择期子宫下段剖宫产术患者为研究对象，通过比较超声引导下肌肉内入路和前路腰方肌阻滞在剖宫产术后镇痛中的效果，探索腰方肌阻滞肌肉内入路的镇痛效果，为腰方肌阻滞肌肉内入路应用于临床剖宫产术后镇痛提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study took patients undergoing elective lower uterine cesarean section under spinal anesthesia as the research subjects. By comparing the effects of ultrasound-guided intramuscular approach and anterior quadratus lumborum block in postoperative analgesia after cesarean section, it explored the analgesic effect of the intramuscular approach of quadratus lumborum block, providing a theoretical basis for the application of the intramuscular approach of quadratus lumborum block in clinical postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者拒绝实施神经阻滞技术；神经病变；穿刺部位感染；长期服用镇痛药物或有慢性疼痛史者；精神疾病病史者；有阿片类药物药物滥用或耐受史；研究相关药物过敏史；其它可能影响患者入组和评估结果的因素。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient refuses to have nerve block techniques performed; neuropathy; Infection at the puncture site; Those who have been taking analgesic drugs for a long time or have a history of chronic pain; Those with a history of mental illness; History of opioid abuse or tolerance; History of study-related drug allergy; Other factors that may affect patient enrollment and evaluation outcomes.
