研究目的：

1.本课题对比两种新型平衡训练装置对踝关节不稳定患者的治疗作用.。 2.本课题评价新型踝关节不稳训练装置配合康复训练对踝关节不稳患者踝关节周围肌力、本体感觉、姿势控制能力和动态平衡能力以及腓骨肌反应时的治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1.This study compares the therapeutic effects of two novel balance training devices on patients with ankle instability. 2.This study evaluates the therapeutic effects of a new type of ankle instability training device in combination with rehabilitation training on the muscle strength around the ankle joint, proprioception, postural control ability, dynamic balance ability, and peroneal muscle reaction time in patients with ankle instability.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.下肢手术史、骨折史或其他疾病引起的肌肉骨骼损伤史； 2.参与除本研究外的系统性运动训练； 3.任何可能影响本研究的已确诊临床疾病，如多发性硬化、类风湿性关节炎、2型糖尿病或心脏病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of lower limb surgery, fractures, or musculoskeletal injuries caused by other diseases; 2.Participation in systematic exercise training outside of this study; 3.Any diagnosed clinical diseases that may affect this study, such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, type 2 diabetes, or heart disease.

受试者被要求在训练前进行热身，然后装配球型底踝关节平衡装置进行以下训练：1.双足站立、左右交替的单足站立、闭眼双足站立以及闭眼患侧腿单足站立；2.踏步和行走训练。专业的训练师会监督和调整练习内容以确保持续的挑战和进步。每周训练4次，共8周。

Participants were required to warm up before training and then fit the spherical balance device to perform the following exercises: 1. Standing on both feet, alternating single-leg standing on the left and right, standing on both feet with eyes closed, and single-leg standing on the affected side with eyes closed; 2. Stepping and walking exercises. A professional trainer would supervise and adjust the exercise content to ensure continuous challenge and progress. The training was conducted four times a week for a total of eight weeks.

Participants were required to warm up before training and then proceed with the following exercises in sequence: 1. Alternating single-leg standing, standing on a balance pad, standing on both feet with eyes closed, and single-leg standing with eyes closed; 2. Performing maximum static ankle inversion and eversion against manual resistance, as well as double-leg and single-leg heel raises; 3. Standing on one leg on the balance pad and jumping forward and backward as far as possible. The training was conducted four times a week for a total of eight weeks.
