研究目的：

(1)揭示代表中国癌症人群的癌细胞异质性和免疫微环境单细胞异质性的特征和规律;(2)揭示调控肿瘤演化的免疫细胞和间充质细胞新亚群;基于单细胞等多组学数据，尝试并初步验证免疫治疗新疗法;(3)基于肿瘤类器官和靶向药的药敏研究，揭示关键耐药靶点，研发新药，形成癌症精准诊疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Reveal the characteristics and patterns of the heterogeneity of cancer cells and the single-cell heterogeneity of the immune microenvironment representing the Chinese cancer population; (2) Reveal new subsets of immune cells and mesenchymal cells that regulate tumor evolution; Based on single-cell and other multi-omics data, attempt and preliminarily verify new immunotherapy methods; (3) Based on drug sensitivity studies of tumor organoids and targeted drugs, key drug resistance targets are revealed, new drugs are developed, and precise cancer diagnosis and treatment plans are formed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未确诊为生殖系统肿瘤或呼吸系统肿瘤或神经系统肿瘤或皮肤系统肿瘤或内分泌系统肿瘤或运动系统肿瘤患者并且将进行手术切除的患者。年龄不在18-80。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have not been diagnosed with reproductive system tumors, respiratory system tumors, nervous system tumors, skin system tumors, endocrine system tumors or musculoskeletal system tumors and will undergo surgical removal. The age is not between 18 and 80.
