研究目的：

通过多中心、大样本、标准化病例横断面数据并结合队列研究，明确我国慢阻肺发生肺栓塞、OSAHS、焦虑抑郁、肺动脉高压/ 肺心病等并发症/合并症的发生率、临床表型、危险因素及预测因子，认识交互影响的关键环节。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to study the incidence of COPD complications, OSAHS, anxiety and depression, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, etc. and the project also investigate the linical phenotypes of COPD and analyze the key aspects of the interaction between various complications of COPD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 3个月内参加过其他临床研究；
2. 患有其它影响气流的呼吸系统疾病，如肺癌、肺结核、肺炎和支气管扩张等；
3. 研究者判断患者不能理解研究过程，或不能/不愿回答问卷的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients who participated in other clinical studies in last 3 months;
2. The patients who with other respiratory diseases, such as lung cancer, tuberculosis, pneumonia and bronchiectasis;
3 The investigators judge the patient couldn't understand the study process or the patient who could nott answer the questionnaire.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用病历记录表和呼吸疾病管理系统两种工具，数据由专门的第三方人员进行记录和保存，记录时双人输入、双人核对。数据结束后数据锁定。
