研究目的：

回顾性分析急性胰腺炎患者入院时的代谢特征（包括葡萄糖、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯等）和免疫炎症状态（如白细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、炎症因子水平）。探讨急性胰腺炎患者入院时的代谢免疫状态参数与疾病严重程度（如APACHE II评分、BISAP评分）及临床预后（如器官衰竭发生率、住院时间、病死率）的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To retrospectively analyze the metabolic characteristics (including glucose, high-density lipoprotein, triglycerides, etc.) and the immune-inflammatory status (such as white blood cell count, lymphocyte count, and levels of inflammatory factors) of patients with acute pancreatitis upon admission. To investigate the correlation between these metabolic and immune parameters at admission and the severity of the disease (e.g., APACHE II score, BISAP score), as well as the clinical prognosis (e.g., incidence of organ failure, length of hospital stay, and mortality rate).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入院时已存在急性肾损伤（AKI）或重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的患者；2.年龄小于18岁或大于80岁；3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；4.住院时间小于等于2天；5.患有慢性肾脏病；6.患有癌症；7.后来发展为慢性胰腺炎的患者；8.接受过肾切除术或肾移植的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) or severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) at admission; 2.patients younger than 18 or older than 80 years; 3.pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.patients with a hospital stay of 2 days or less; 5.patients with chronic kidney disease; 6.patients with cancer; 7.patients who subsequently developed chronic pancreatitis; 8.patients who had undergone nephrectomy or renal transplantation;
