研究目的：

1.基于增长混合模型探究糖尿病视网膜病变患者玻璃体切除术后视力变化的轨迹及预测因素，以了解该人群玻璃体切除术后视力恢复现状并为临床早期开展相应的干预措施提供可靠依据； 2.基于机器学习算法构建糖尿病视网膜病变患者玻璃体切除术后视力变化轨迹预测模型，以期更准确地识别术后视力恢复欠佳的高危人群，为临床医务人员早期拟定个性化干预措施及治疗手段提供决策支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the trajectory and predictive factors of visual acuity changes after vitrectomy in patients with diabetic retinopathy based on the growth hybrid model, so as to understand the current status of visual acuity recovery after vitrectomy in this population and provide a reliable basis for carrying out corresponding interventions in the early clinical stage. 2. Based on machine learning algorithms, a prediction model of visual aid trajectory trajectory of diabetic retinopathy patients after vitrectomy is constructed, in order to more accurately identify high-risk groups with poor postoperative vision recovery and provide decision-making support for clinical medical staff to formulate personalized interventions and treatment methods in the early stage.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他可能影响视觉功能的全身疾病，如脑梗塞、颅内占位性病变等； 2.既往术眼手术史、眼外伤史、青光眼病史、先天性眼疾病、遗传性眼病、黄斑病变等； 3.其他原因导致的眼底病变； 4.随访过程中相关资料不完善或者丢失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other systemic diseases that may affect visual function, such as cerebral infarction, intracranial space-occupying lesions, etc.; 2. History of previous eye surgery, ocular trauma, glaucoma, congenital eye diseases, hereditary eye diseases, macular degeneration, etc.; 3. Fundus lesions caused by other reasons; 4. Patients with incomplete or missing relevant information during follow-up.
