研究目的：

1.老年肌少症合并血管内皮功能障碍患者的居家多组分运动干预方案的构建； 2.初步应用老年肌少症合并血管内皮功能障碍患者的居家多组分运动干预方案  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construction of a home-based multi-component exercise intervention program for elderly patients with sarcopenia and vascular endothelial dysfunction; 2. Preliminary application of the home-based multi-component exercise intervention program for elderly patients with sarcopenia and vascular endothelial dysfunction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.MMSE<24分； 2.最近一年内有骨折或重大手术史； 3.长期卧床、失能； 4,严重听力、视力障碍； 5.1年内发生过心肌梗死，不稳定型心绞痛，心肌病，严重的心瓣膜疾病，失代偿性心衰，严重肺部疾病，未控制的高血压，糖尿病、肾衰竭、神经系统疾病导致的运动受限； 6.其他禁忌体力活动的疾病； 7.目前正在参加一项其他运动计划； 8.家中已有一名老人参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.MMSE<24; 2. the history of fracture or major operation within the last year; 3. long-term bed rest and disability; 4. severe hearing and vision impairment; 5.myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, cardiomyopathy, severe heart valve disease, decompensated heart failure, severe pulmonary disease, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, renal failure, and limitation of movement due to nervous system diseases within 1 year; 6.other diseases that contraindicate physical activity; 7. Currently participating in another exercise program; 8.There was one elderly person in the family who participated in the study.
