研究目的:

本研究的目的为探索老年慢病患者出现肌少-骨质疏松症及其功能状态变化的生物学标志物。针对老年慢病患者进行肌少-骨质疏松症筛查,并随访1年,观察功能状态及肌肉量与肌肉功能、骨量等变化、跌倒及相关损伤发生情况,进行相关生物学标志物检测。在不同组的病例入组基线及随访结束时比较骨因子、肌因子等生物学标志物的水平,探索与肌少-骨质疏松症相关的、可以预测肌少-骨质疏松功能下降的生物学标志物,为肌少-骨质疏松症出现功能下降的风险模型构建、干预靶点探索提供证据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to discover biomarkers predictive of osteosarcopenia and osteosarcopenia-related functional decline in older adults with chronic diseases. Using a prospective matched cohort design, we will: 1. Screen participants for osteosarcopenia.2. Quantify functional trajectories through serial assessments muscle-bone parameters (including muscle massmuscle functionbone mass ) fall events (calendar-based ocumentation). 3. Analyze serum biomarker profiles at baseline and 12 months. Goal: To offer proof for developing a risk stratification algorithm integrating biomarkers and clinical variables mechanistic,and provide insights for targeted interventions against osteosarcopenia progression in future.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

如果存在以下任何一项,则受试者不能进入研究: (1)精神、意识障碍; (2)安装心脏起搏器等无法进行体成分检测,或无法配合完成入组需要的评估、检测项目; (3)严重视力或听力下降影响交流; (4)疾病终末期、预期寿命低于1年; (5)重要脏器功能严重衰竭; (6)急性重症患者:急性心肌梗死;剥离性主动脉瘤;重度主动脉瓣狭窄;心内膜炎/ 急性心包膜炎;急性肺栓塞或深静脉血栓;近期大手术或过去1个月发生肢体骨折者等; (7)患者本人及家属拒绝参与本研究; (8)存在研究者认为需排除的其他状况。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients who meet one of the criteria listed below will be removed: 1. Mental and consciousness disorders, inability to communicate effectively; 2. Installation of pacemakers can not be conducted for body composition testing , or inability to cooperate with the completion of evaluation and examination; 3. Severe vision or hearing loss affects communication; 4. End-stage disease,life expectancy< 1 year; 5. Severe failure of vital organ functions; 6. Acute myocardial infarction, dissecting aortic aneurysm, severe aortic stenosis, endocarditis/acute pericarditis, acute thromboembolism, recent major surgery, or limb fracture in the past 1 month; 7. Patient or family refusal to participate in the study; 8. Other conditions that the researchers consider necessary to rule out.
