研究目的：

探讨阿瑞匹坦延迟给药，对多西他赛联合顺铂多日化疗CINV的影响，同时评价阿瑞匹坦在中国人群中对多西他赛药物代谢动力学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of delayed aprepitant on docetaxel and cisplatin for multi-day chemotherapy, and to investigate the effect of aprepitant on pharmacokinetics of docetaxel in Chinese population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)化疗前24 h内已经出现恶心呕吐；(2)原发中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤、中枢神经系统转移瘤、胃肠道梗阻、放疗等因素导致的恶心呕吐(3)正在使用苯二氮卓类，地塞米松及其他类镇静药物治疗

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Nausea and vomiting have occurred within 24 hours before chemotherapy;
(2) Nausea and vomiting caused by primary central nervous system malignancies, central nervous system metastases, gastrointestinal obstruction, and radiotherapy;
(3) Benzodiazepines are being used. Zhuo, dexamethasone and other sedative medications
