探讨大分割调强放疗联合紫杉醇周剂量化疗治疗食管癌术后气管食管沟淋巴结的安全性和疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficiency and safety of hypofractioned radiotherapy (HRF) combined with chemotherapy using paclitaxel for treating esophageal cancer (EC) patients with post-operative tracheoesophageal groove lymph node (TGLN) metastasis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；2.合并其他恶性肿瘤；3. 有放化疗禁忌者；4随访资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Women of pregnancy and lactation; those complicated with concurrent malignancies; with metastasis in the other organs and/or lymph nodes; those with CRT contraindications; and those with inadequate follow-up data.
