研究目的：

本研究旨在针对下颌骨MRONJ患者，通过回顾不同严重程度、接受不同手术治疗的患者的临床特征及其预后，探究下颌骨MRONJ患者手术方式选择策略及手术疗效影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the clinical characteristics, surgical approaches, and treatment outcomes in patients with MRONJ affecting the mandible, while further investigating prognostic risk factors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者全身情况较差，无法耐受全麻手术治疗；
2.恶性肿瘤患者，预估生存期较短，手术治疗不能改善生活质量；
3.患者手术意愿较低，不接受手术治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient's poor general condition precludes tolerance for general anesthesia and surgical intervention.
2.The patient has a malignant tumor with limited life expectancy, and surgical intervention is unlikely to improve quality of life.
3.The patient has low surgical willingness and declines operative treatment.

测量主要依据临床检查及影像学检查结果，术后复查记录主诉症状改善情况、伤口恢复情况，并于术后复查拍摄曲面体层及头颈部螺旋CT以观察骨质恢复情况。

Measure method：

All patients underwent follow-up postoperatively to check the symptom resolution and wound healing. Radiographic examinations, including panoramic and spiral CT imaging, were done to evaluate bone regeneration and the integrity of titanium plates and screws.
