Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)有明显视听、认知、精神障碍者；(2)患有重症或终末疾病不能完成本次研究者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) people with obvious audio-visual, cognitive and mental disorders;
(2) patients with severe or terminal diseases can not complete this study.
