研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 本研究基于PMT-IMB理论，通过文献回顾、德尔菲专家函询，形成基于PMT-IMB理论模型的容量管理方案，探讨老年CHF患者容量管理过程中的阻碍与需求。 2. 次要目的： 探索基于PMT-IMB理论模型的护理干预对老年CHF患者生活质量的影响，并为临床护理工作者对老年CHF患者预防容量超负荷护理提供参考和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: This study is based on the PMT-IMB theory. Through literature review and Delphi expert consultation, a capacity management plan based on the PMT-IMB theory model was formed, and the obstacles and demands in the capacity management process of elderly CHF patients were explored. 2. Secondary objective: To investigate the impact of nursing interventions based on the PMT-IMB theory model on the quality of life of elderly CHF patients, and to provide reference and basis for clinical nurses in providing preventive care for elderly CHF patients against capacity overload.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在意识或认知障碍； 2.严重肝、肾功能衰竭； 3.既往有精神病史； 4.肿瘤晚期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of consciousness or cognitive impairment; 2. Severe liver and kidney failure; 3. Previous history of mental illness; 4. Advanced tumor.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

选取2025年在长沙市某三级甲等医院心内科住院的78例老年CHF患者作为研究对象。纳入、排除、剔除标准同预试验。采用Excel生成随机数字表，研究人员根据随机数字表按顺序将患者分为试验组与对照组，给研究对象发放不透明密封信封，提前规定抽到信封内数字为奇数，分配到试验组，数字为偶数，分配到对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

78 elderly patients with CHF who were hospitalized in the cardiology department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Changsha City in 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The inclusion, exclusion and elimination criteria were the same as those of the pre-test. An Excel table was used to generate a random number table. The researchers divided the patients into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table in sequence. The research subjects were given opaque sealed envelopes, and it was stipulated in advance that the numbers drawn from the envelopes were odd for allocation to the experimental group and even for allocation to the control group.
