研究目的：

利用临床常规诊疗剩余样本，构建PDO模型，每例 PDO模型传代培养至少 3 代后，通过 H&E 染色、IHC、高通量测序、药敏分析等手段，分析 PDO 与原发肿瘤的分子、病理形态、药敏的一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the residual samples from routine clinical diagnosis and treatment, PDO models were constructed. Each PDO model was subcultured for at least three generations. Then, through H&E staining, IHC, high-throughput sequencing, and drug sensitivity analysis, the consistency of the molecular, pathological morphology, and drug sensitivity between PDO and the primary tumor was analyzed.
