研究目的：

本课题拟探讨中度宫腔粘连分离术后，一周后宫腔内注射新型防粘连剂及行球囊扩张对预防宫腔再粘连的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To discuss the effectiveness of injection of new anti-adhesion agent and balloon dilation for the prevention of intrauterine re-adhesion after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①年龄＜20，＞40岁；②BMI≤20kg/m2 ，≥25kg/m2；③AFS评分为轻度或重度者即＜5分及＞8分；④粘连由子宫内膜结核所致；⑤有使用雌激素、IUD、庆大霉素、地塞米松、糜蛋白酶等禁忌症；⑥3个月内使用其他雌、孕激素；⑦有全身疾病，如血栓性疾病，肝肾损害等不能耐受手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With contraindications such as estrogen, IUD, gentamicin, dexamethasone, chymotrypsin; vaginitis, infection or systemic disease;
2. adhesions are caused by endometrial tuberculosis;
3. usage other estrogen and progesterone in past 3 months;
4. systemic diseases such as thrombotic disease, liver and kidney disease.
