研究目的：

对比使用脂质体布比卡因相比罗哌卡因行单次收肌管阻滞对首次行单膝关节置换术患者术后镇痛的有效性和持续性 。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and persistence of single adductor canal block using liposome bupivacaine with ropivacaine for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing single knee arthroplasty for the first time.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 各种原因导致的同侧收肌管、隐神经解剖结构异常，或患有其他周围神经病变，如糖尿病周围神经病变、多发性硬化、神经根病变，或患侧肢体有创伤手术史且治疗后恢复不全的患者； 2.6个月前有新发心肌梗死或不稳定心绞痛的患者； 3. 对酰胺类局麻药过敏者； 4. 合并精神类疾病及认知功能障碍的患者； 5. 6个月前行对侧膝关节置换的患者； 6.患有任何其他疾病可导致患者在使用神经阻滞后风险增加。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with abnormal anatomical structures of the adductor ducts and cryptonerves on the same side due to various reasons, or those suffering from other peripheral neuropathy, such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, nerve root lesions, or those with a history of trauma surgery on the affected limb and incomplete recovery after treatment; 2.Patients who had a new myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris 6 months ago; 3. People allergic to amide local anesthetics; 4. Patients with concurrent mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction; 5.Patients who underwent contralateral knee joint replacement 6 months ago; 6. Having any other disease can increase the risk for patients after using nerve block.
