旨在评估行腹部手术患者在麻醉苏醒期应用不同吸入氧浓度对术后早期肺不张的影响  

Objectives of Study:

Aims to assess the effect of applying different fractional inspired oxygen during awakening on early postoperative pulmonary atelectasis in patients undergoing abdominal surgery

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.既往曾行肺部手术 2.过去3个月内发生过气胸、ARDS 3. 术前肺功能中-重度受损 4.合并肺部疾患,如胸膜下肺大疱(直径>2cm)、间质性 肺疾病、严重COPD 5.合并神经-肌肉相关疾患 6.体重指数>35 Kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria:

1. Previous lung surgery 2. Pneumothorax, ARDS in the past 3 months 3. Moderate-severe impairment of preoperative lung function 4. Combined with pulmonary diseases, such as subpleural bullae (diameter >2cm), interstitial lung disease, severe COPD 5. Combined neuro-muscular related diseases 6. Body mass index > 35 kg/m^2
