研究目的：

本研究目的了解老年胃食管反流病人群中，非糜烂性反流性食管炎与反流性食管炎患者的心理特征及其可能的影响因素。比较老年患者人群，精神心理因素与NERD及RE相关性，为进一步加强NERD及RE临床治疗效果提供询证学依据  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to understand the psychological characteristics and possible influencing factors of non-erosive reflux esophagitis(NERD) and reflux esophagitis(RE) in elderly gastroesophageal reflux patients(GERD). To compare the correlation between psychological factors and NERD/ RE in elderly patients and provide evidence basis for further strengthening the clinical therapeutic effect of NERD and RE.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)心脏、肝胆疾病患者;(2)任何部位恶性肿瘤;(3)肝硬化;(4）消化性溃疡。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with heart and hepatobiliary diseases;
(2) Malignant tumors at any site;
(3) Liver cirrhosis;
(4) ulcer in digestvie organ.
