研究目的：

（1）研发新型口腔矫治器； （2）开发用于新型口腔矫治器疗效评估模型； （3）建立新型口腔矫治器远程管理系统  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To develop a novel oral appliance; (2) To develop a model for efficacy assessment of the novel appliance; (3) To establish a remote management system for the novel oral appliance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往诊断为重度 OSA 或 OSA 外的其他睡眠呼吸障碍疾病； （2）患先天性心血管、呼吸、代谢、神经、消化、泌尿等系统性疾病； （3）患躁狂症、精神分裂症等严重神经系统疾病； （4）患有肺结核、艾滋病、梅毒等传染病； （5）妊娠女性； （6）长期使用类固醇激素或激素替代治疗者； （7）无法配合完成检查、检验； （8）当前参加其他药物和设备的试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Prior diagnosis of severe OSA or any sleep-related breathing disorder other than OSA. (2) Presence of congenital disorders affecting the cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurological, digestive, or genitourinary systems. (3) Major psychiatric illnesses such as mania or schizophrenia. (4) Active infectious diseases, including but not limited to tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, or syphilis. (5) Pregnancy. (6) Chronic use of corticosteroids or hormone replacement therapy. (7) Inability to comply with required examinations or investigations. (8) Concurrent participation in other drug or device clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入原始数据。录入采用相应的数据库系统单人单机录入，录入 4 周后进行数据清洗及检查。原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同移动硬盘上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Investigators shall promptly, completely, accurately, and legibly transcribe the data from participants’ source documents into the Case Report Form (CRF). Single-operator, single-workstation entry is to be performed using the designated database system. Data cleaning and validation will be carried out four weeks after the initial entry. Upon satisfactory completion of entry and verification, the source documents are to be archived in sequential order according to subject number and accompanied by a retrieval index for future reference. Electronic data files—including the database, validation programs, analysis programs, analytical results, codebooks, and associated documentation—are to be stored in categorized directories, with multiple backups maintained on separate external hard drives and safeguarded against loss or corruption.
