研究目的：

本项目旨在基于大样本文献Meta分析筛选与干燥综合征（SS）相关的核心SNPs位点，结合SS患者的SNPs基因检测结果、临床特征和免疫学检测指标，构建一套用于SS早期筛查与临床分型的SNPs+免疫联合预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to identify key SNP loci associated with Sjögren's syndrome (SS) through a large-scale meta-analysis of published literature. By integrating SNP genotyping results, clinical characteristics, and immunological indicators from SS patients, we intend to develop a combined SNP and immune-based predictive model for early screening and clinical classification of SS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.依据2016 ACR/EULAR SS分类标准：患者出现下列疾病，因可能有重叠的临床表现或干扰诊断试验结果，应予以排除：头颈部放疗史；活动性丙型肝炎病毒感染；艾滋病；结节病；淀粉样变性；移植物抗宿主病；IgG4相关性疾病。 2.检查指标不全，不能得出最终诊断的患者。 3.关键数据缺失，如涉及到模型建立的关键数据的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. According to the 2016 ACR/EULAR SS classification criteria: patients with the following diseases should be excluded because they may have overlapping clinical manifestations or interfere with the results of diagnostic tests: history of radiotherapy to the head and neck; Active hepatitis C virus infection; AIDS; sarcoidosis; Amyloidosis; graft-versus-host disease; IgG4-related disease. 2. Patients whose examination indicators are incomplete and cannot make a final diagnosis. 3. Patients with missing key data, such as patients who are involved in key data related to model building.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用标准化病例记录表（CRF），所有数据均录入电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC）。本研究使用 ResMan（http://www.medresman.org/）进行数据管理，符合 GCP（Good Clinical Practice）要求，具备权限管理、审计追踪和数据导出功能。研究团队定期核查数据质量，确保数据的完整性和准确性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected using a standardized case record form (CRF), and all data were entered into an electronic data capture and management system (EDC). This study used ResMan (http://www.medresman.org/) for data management, which complies with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) requirements, with permission management, audit trail and data export functions. The study team regularly verified the data quality to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.
