研究目的：

1.明确各类生物学标志物在慢性牙髓炎活髓切断术预后评估中的生物学价值，为预后评估提供分子生物学定量依据。 2.整合各类生物学标志物水平、年龄、疼痛程度及止血时间等关键变量，构建多因素 Logistic回归预后预测模型，为临床预后评估提供精准检测工具。  

Objectives of Study：

1.​ To clarify the biological value of various biomarkers in prognostic evaluation of vital pulpotomy for chronic pulpitis, providing molecular-level quantitative evidence for outcome prediction.​ ​2. To integrate key variables including biomarker levels, age, pain intensity, and hemostasis time, establishing a multifactorial logistic regression prognostic model for precise clinical outcome assessment.​

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合以上纳入标准者； 2.患牙存在严重牙周炎、严重楔状缺损或重度磨耗、隐裂； 3.依从性不佳，无法按时复诊者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cases not meeting the above inclusion criteria; 2. Teeth with severe periodontitis, pronounced wedge-shaped defects, excessive attrition, or cracked tooth syndrome; 3. Patients with poor compliance or inability to attend follow-up visits.
