主要目的：探索夫妻双方孕前重金属暴露与妊娠结局的相关性。 次要目的：（1）探索夫妻双方重金属暴露与活产结局的相关性；（2）探索夫妻双方重金属暴露与子代出生健康情况的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To explore the correlation between heavy metal exposure before pregnancy of both spouses and pregnancy outcomes. Secondary objectives: (1) To explore the correlation between heavy metal exposure of the participating couples and live birth outcomes; (2) To explore the correlation between heavy metal exposure of the participating couples and the health status of the offspring at birth.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.男方或女方具有遗传性疾病者；
2.男方或女方具有系统性疾病者；
3.男方或女方具有精神疾病者；
4.受精方案为ICSI受精者；
5.女性40岁以上；
6.卵巢功能减退者；
7.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those where either the male or the female has a genetic disorder; 2. Those where either the male or the female has a systemic disease; 3. Those where either the male or the female suffers from mental illness; 4. Those undergoing ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) fertilization procedure; 5. Women over 40 years old; 6. Women with diminished ovarian function; 7. According to the researchers' assessment, it was determined that they were not suitable to participate in this study;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用EDC网络数据库进行数据管理，参加者以编码形式记录信息。从医院东华系统获得患者相关诊疗信息，录入预先建设的数据库，数据页数据保存后，记录实时记录修改痕迹。待患者随访结束，再次全面核查数据，确认数据无疑问后，各方签署数据库锁定申请表，由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定。数据库锁定后，由数据管理员导出分析数据库，交统计人员进行统计分析。锁定后的数据不可再编辑，数据库锁定之后发现的问题，经确认后可在统计分析程序中修正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study utilized the EDC network database for data management, and the participants recorded information in coded form. Relevant medical treatment information of patients was obtained from the Donghua system of the hospital and entered into the pre-built database. After the data pages were saved, the real-time modification traces were recorded. When the patient follow-up was completed, the data was comprehensively verified again, and after confirming that there were no doubts, all parties signed the database lock application form. The data administrator then locked the database. After the database was locked, the data administrator exported the analysis database and handed it over to the statisticians for statistical analysis. The data after locking could no longer be edited. Any problems found after locking could be corrected in the statistical analysis program after confirmation.
