研究目的：

本研究旨在联合TEG和MR检查，结合临床因素，探讨能否提高对急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者预后的预测敏感性和准确性，并建立多维度预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to comfirm whether the sensitivity and accuracy of predicting the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis can be improved by combining TEG and MR examination, and to establish a multi-dimensional prediction model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2014》规定的静脉溶栓禁忌症；2.合并严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤者；3.目前有颅脑MRI检查的禁忌症，包括心脏起搏器、 脑动脉夹闭术后、幽闭恐惧症等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications for intravenous thrombolysis stipulated in the "guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2014";
2. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors;
3. Patients with contraindications for brain MRI examination, including cardiac pacemaker, after cerebral artery occlusion, claustrophobia, etc.
