研究目的:

分析不同脊椎手术下颈胸腰椎活动度及关节软骨和内固定器械的应力应变,并比较分析何种手术方式具有更好的生物力学性能,从而为手术的选择提供相应的生物力学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Analyze the range of motion of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebrae under different spinal surgeries, as well as the stress and strain of the articular cartilage and internal fixation devices. Also, compare and analyze which surgical method has better biomechanical performance, thereby providing corresponding biomechanical basis for the selection of surgeries.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)既往或现在存在脊柱相关症状,(2)影像检查存在脊椎骨折、脊椎肿瘤、脊椎侧弯、脊椎明显退变性疾病、脊椎结核等疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Previous or current symptoms related to the spine exist, (2) Imaging examinations reveal spinal fractures, spinal tumors, spinal curvature, significant degenerative diseases of the spine, spinal tuberculosis, etc.

所有数据(包括影像学数据和患者基本信息)通过医院PACS系统和电子病历系统提取,存储于符合《个人信息保护法》要求的加密服务器。数据以匿名化形式存储,患者身份信息(如姓名、身份证号)替换为唯一编码。访问控制:仅授权研究团队成员可访问数据,访问权限由研究负责人管理,通过多因素认证确保安全性。数据销毁:研究结束后,数据保存5年,之后通过专业数据销毁软件彻底删除,符合国家数据管理规定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

All data (including imaging data and patient basic information) are extracted from the hospital's PACS system and electronic medical record system and stored on encrypted servers that comply with the requirements of the "Personal Information Protection Law". The data is stored in an anonymized form, with patient identity information (such as name and ID number) replaced by unique codes. Access control: Only authorized research team members can access the data. Access permissions are managed by the research supervisor, and security is ensured through multi-factor authentication. Data destruction: After the research is completed, the data is retained for 5 years, and then completely deleted through professional data destruction software, in accordance with national data management regulations.
