研究目的：

探讨在真实世界临床实践中，维拉苷酶α治疗中国1型戈谢病患者的有效性、安全性、使用剂量以及对患者生活质量的影响等，填补中国数据空白。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness, safety, dose, and patients' quality of life (QoL) of velaglucerase alfa in Chinese patients with type 1 Gaucher disease in real-world clinical practice and to fill the data gap in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者或其监护人未签署知情同意书；
2.既往已参与维拉苷酶α PAC研究（TAK-669-3001）的患者；近9个月使用了其他戈谢病特异性治疗的患者；参与了基因治疗临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient or his/her guardian did not sign the informed consent form; 2.Patients who have previously participated in the velaglucerase alfa PAC study (TAK-669-3001); patients who have used other Gaucher disease-specific therapies in the last 9 months; and patients who have participated in gene therapy clinical trials.
