研究目的：

1.明确ICU有创机械通气患者暴露性角膜病变的发生现状并探讨独立危险因素; 2.构建风预测模型并绘制列线图，验证模型的预测效能，评价模型的区分度、校准度和临床适用性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify the current incidence of exposure keratopathy in ICU patients undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation and to explore independent risk factors; 2. To develop a prediction model and draw a nomogram, verify the predictive efficacy of the model, and evaluate the model's discriminatory power, calibration, and clinical applicability.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有眼部疾病（如白内障、青光眼等）、眼部手术史、头面部外伤、面神经麻痹； 2.既往常规使用眼部用药。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of eye diseases (such as cataracts, glaucoma, etc.), eye surgery, head and face trauma, facial nerve paralysis; 2. History of regular use of eye medications.

数据由采集人员收集，输入资料记录表，研究者在受试者完成每次随访后须及时将已获得的数据及时录入excel，同时还须定期核对近期录入的数据，以防错误录入的发生。
