研究目的：

1. 横断面设计研究部分的研究目的为： （1）建立non-ILAs、ILAs及ILD合并肺结节人群病理（血液及肺组织）标本库； （2）筛选与ILAs特征相关的关键标志物；探究肺纤维化发生的新机制、挖掘诊疗新靶点； 2. 前瞻性设计研究部分的研究目的为： （1）筛选并验证与ILAs预后相关的关键标志物，探索肺纤维化发生的新机制、挖掘诊疗新靶点；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Objectives for cross-sectional study: (1) To establish a biobank of pathological specimens (blood and lung tissue) from individuals with non-ILAs, ILAs (interstitial lung abnormalities), and ILD (interstitial lung disease) with pulmonary nodules; (2) To screen for key biomarkers associated with characteristics of ILAs and investigate novel mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis development, identifying new therapeutic targets. 2. Objectives for prospective study: (1) To screen and validate key biomarkers associated with prognosis of ILAs, explore new mechanisms underlying pulmonary fibrosis progression, and discover potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

第一部分横断面研究 （1）具有肺气肿、肺大泡、支扩、气胸、胸腔积液、COPD、哮喘等其他肺部疾病病史或有相应影像学表现的研究对象； （2）具有急、慢性肺部感染，如：肺结核、肺部细菌/真菌/病毒感染等； （3）接受了靶向治疗、免疫抑制剂治疗、放化疗的研究对象； 第二部分队列研究： （1）具有肺气肿、肺大泡、支扩、气胸、胸腔积液、COPD、哮喘等其他肺部疾病病史或有相应影像学表现的研究参与者； （2）具有急、慢性肺部感染，如：肺结核、肺部细菌/真菌/病毒感染等； （3）接受了靶向治疗、免疫抑制剂治疗、放化疗的研究对象；

Exclusion criteria：

Part 1: Cross-Sectional Study Exclusion Criteria: 1. Participants with a history or imaging findings of other pulmonary diseases, such as emphysema, bullae, bronchiectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, COPD, or asthma; 2. Participants with acute or chronic pulmonary infections, including tuberculosis, bacterial/fungal/viral lung infections, etc.; 3. Participants who have undergone targeted therapy, immunosuppressive therapy, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy. Part 2: Cohort Study Exclusion Criteria: 1. Participants with a history or imaging findings of other pulmonary diseases, such as emphysema, bullae, bronchiectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, COPD, or asthma; 2. Participants with acute or chronic pulmonary infections, including tuberculosis, bacterial/fungal/viral lung infections, etc.; 3. Participants who have undergone targeted therapy, immunosuppressive therapy, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy.
