1.探讨限时饮食对儿童肥胖及相关代谢疾病、靶器官损伤等的改善效果; 2.评估强化运动干预对儿童肥胖及相关代谢疾病、靶器官损伤等的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of time-restricted diet on childhood obesity and related metabolic diseases, target organ damage, etc.; 2. To evaluate the effect of intensive exercise intervention on the improvement of childhood obesity and related metabolic diseases, target organ injury, etc.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有恶性肿瘤等严重疾病者； 2.有减肥手术史、或过去12个月内服用减肥药或接受过生活方式干预； 3.近6个月服用可能影响研究结果的药物者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 2. Have a history of bariatric surgery, or have taken weight loss drugs or received lifestyle intervention in the past 12 months; 3. Those who have taken drugs that may affect the results of the study in the past 6 months.
