研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性队列研究，验证QFR对CABG术后桥血管通畅率的预测效能，制定个体化桥血管选择策略。研究目标包括：（1）明确术前QFR与动静脉桥通畅率的独立相关性；（2）确定QFR预测动脉桥闭塞的最佳阈值；（3）探索不同QFR区间内动静脉桥的通畅性差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the predictive value of Quantitative Flow Ratio (QFR) for graft patency after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) through a prospective cohort study, with the goal of establishing individualized strategies for graft selection. The objectives of the study are as follows: (1) To determine the independent association between preoperative QFR and the patency rates of arterial and venous grafts; (2) To identify the optimal QFR threshold for predicting arterial graft occlusion; (3) To investigate the differences in patency rates between arterial and venous grafts across different QFR ranges.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

冠状动脉旁路移植术同期行其他手术；二次冠状动脉旁路移植术；术前冠脉造影质量不佳，不适合测量QFR。

Exclusion criteria：

Concomitant non-coronary cardiac procedures during CABG; Redo coronary artery bypass grafting; Preoperative coronary angiograms with suboptimal quality for quantitative flow ratio (QFR) measurement.
