研究目的：

（1）通过患者的BBS量表和FMA-LE量表得分定义跌倒风险，并获取患者静态站立足底压力相关指标，了解其与跌倒风险的相关性。便于通过静态方式评估患者的跌倒风险，适用范围更广、流程更加便捷。 （2）在临床实践方面，足底压力评估可实现快速精准评估，辅助医疗团队及时识别高跌倒风险患者，便于警示，早期干预。 （3）结合足底压力指标和功能评估指标，构建更为全面的卒中后跌倒风险指标。减少跌倒带来的经济负担及健康危险，进一步减少医疗资源的浪费。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Fall risk will be defined using Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremity (FMA-LE) scores, and static plantar-pressure parameters obtained during quiet standing will be analyzed to determine their relationship with fall risk. This static assessment is quick to perform, broadly applicable, and streamlines the evaluation process. (2) In clinical practice, plantar-pressure analysis allows rapid, precise risk identification, enabling the multidisciplinary team to promptly flag high-risk patients, issue appropriate warnings, and initiate early interventions. (3) Integrating plantar-pressure metrics with functional assessments will yield a more comprehensive post-stroke fall-risk index, reducing both the economic burden and health hazards associated with falls, and ultimately minimizing unnecessary consumption of medical resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重骨关节疾病（如类风湿关节炎、膝关节置换术后）； 2.周围神经病变（如糖尿病足、格林巴利综合征）； 3.既往卒中史或其他神经系统疾病（如帕金森病、脊髓损伤）。 4.足部溃疡、水肿或疼痛影响站立测试。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, post-knee-replacement surgery). 2.Peripheral neuropathies (e.g., diabetic foot, Guillain-Barré syndrome). 3.History of previous stroke or other neurological diseases (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury). 4.Foot ulcers, edema, or pain that would compromise standing tests.
