主要目的：全面且系统地分析高海拔地区一般人群及慢性肾脏病等疾病患者的健康 状况，具体涵盖血红蛋白、肌酐、尿酸、血脂、尿蛋白等临床重要生理指标水平； 详细探究作业能力减低及心脑血管、呼吸系统疾病等疾病的发生情况；深入研究吸 烟、饮酒、饮食、体力活动等疾病相关行为危险因素，以及体重指数、高血压、糖 尿病、血脂异常、高尿酸血症、中医证候等疾病相关代谢危险因素，调查当前高原 高寒地区各类疾病的多种干预现况。 应用多模态数据和AI 技术构建高原疾病预警模型，实现早期预警，评估机体对高 海拔环境的适应能力，明确跨海拔重要生理指标阈值演变与机体适应能力的内在联 系，为制定科学有效的高原地区人群健康保障策略、提升作业能力提供关键支撑。 剖析高原高寒地区透析中心的开展现状，精准识别当前存在的问题与挑战。通过收 集透析中心的数量分布、设备配置、技术水平、人员资质、患者接纳量等多方面数 据，深入评估透析服务的可及性与质量。 次要目的：分析高海拔地区一般人群和慢性肾病等疾病人群的血红蛋白浓度等重要 生理指标，深入探讨在不同性别、年龄、生活方式（吸烟、饮酒等）、民族、中医 证候等亚组分层下，海拔调整标准是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To comprehensively and systematically analyze the health status of the general population and patients with diseases such as chronic kidney disease in high-altitude areas, specifically covering the levels of clinically important physiological indicators such as hemoglobin, creatinine, uric acid, blood lipids, and urine protein. To thoroughly explore the occurrence of reduced work ability and diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases. To deeply study disease-related behavioral risk factors such as smoking, alcohol consumption, diet, and physical activity, as well as disease-related metabolic risk factors such as body mass index, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, and to investigate the current situation of various interventions for various diseases in the current plateau and alpine regions. Use multi-modal data and AI technology to build a plateau disease early warning model to achieve early warning, evaluate the body's adaptability to high-altitude environments, clarify the internal relationship between the evolution of important physiological index thresholds across altitudes and the body's adaptability, and provide key support for formulating scientific and effective health protection strategies for people in high-altitude areas and improving work ability. Analyze the current development status of dialysis centers in plateau and alpine regions, and accurately identify the existing problems and challenges. By collecting data on various aspects of dialysis centers, such as quantity distribution, equipment configuration, technical level, personnel qualifications, and patient admission volume, deeply evaluate the accessibility and quality of dialysis services. Secondary purpose: Analyze important physiological indicators such as hemoglobin concentration in the general population and people with diseases such as chronic kidney disease in high-altitude areas, and deeply explore whether there are differences in altitude adjustment standards under subgroup stratifications such as different genders, ages, lifestyles (smoking, alcohol consumption, etc.), ethnic groups, and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

一般人群： （1） 半年内手术史； （2） 半年内输血、献血或大量失血； （3） 消瘦（BMI<18.5 kg/m^2）、营养不良； （4） 妊娠或哺乳期女性。 慢性疾病人群： （1） 吸烟和嗜酒（体检档案很难获取） （2） 近期有剧烈运动或重体力劳动； （3） 慢性理化损伤（如长期暴露于电离辐射环境)或长期接触化学物质（苯、铅等）； （4） 妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

General population: (1) History of surgery within the past six months; (2) Blood transfusion, blood donation, or massive blood loss within the past six months; (3) Emaciation (BMI < 18.5 kg/m^2), malnutrition; (4) Pregnant or lactating women. Population with chronic diseases: (1) Smoking and heavy alcohol consumption (difficult to obtain from physical examination records) (2) Recent intense exercise or heavy physical labor; (3) Chronic physical and chemical damage (such as long - term exposure to ionizing radiation) or long - term exposure to chemical substances (benzene, lead, etc.); (4) Pregnant or lactating women.

本研究通过病例记录表（CRF） 标准化采集健康人群、慢性病人群及透析中心数据（含人口学、血细胞指标、抽样分层信息等 ），并使用电子数据采集系统（EDC） 实现多中心线上录入、实时逻辑校验（海拔 / 年龄 / 性别分层等）、数据溯源与质量监控 。CRF 与 EDC 协同，保障数据规范、可溯源，符合隐私安全要求。

This study standardizes the collection of data from healthy populations, chronic disease populations, and dialysis centers (including demographics, blood cell indicators, sampling stratification information, etc.) through the Case Record Form (CRF), and uses the Electronic Data Capture system (EDC) to achieve online entry in multiple centers, real-time logical verification (stratification by altitude/age/gender, etc.), data traceability, and quality monitoring. The coordination of CRF and EDC ensures that the data is standardized, traceable, and meets privacy and security requirements.
